At Hillmalaya, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; that is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused sports equipment and apparel. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Hillmalaya account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
